Changing Plans

Upgrading

When you upgrade to a higher tier:
  • New features are available immediately
  • Your credit balance is updated
  • Billing is prorated for the remainder of your cycle

Downgrading

When you downgrade to a lower tier:
  • The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You keep access to current features until then
  • Credits reset to the new plan’s allocation at renewal

Switching Billing Interval

You can switch between monthly and annual billing:
  • Any difference is prorated
  • Annual plans provide 16% savings

Managing Your Subscription

From the Pricing Page

  1. Navigate to the Pricing page
  2. View your current plan (marked as “Current Plan”)
  3. Click Upgrade, Downgrade, or Switch to change plans

Billing Portal

For existing subscribers:
  1. Click “Manage billing” on the Pricing page
  2. Access the Stripe billing portal
  3. Update payment methods
  4. View invoices and billing history
  5. Cancel or modify your subscription

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:
  1. Go to the Pricing page
  2. Click on the Free plan
  3. Confirm cancellation
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that:
  • Your plan reverts to Free
  • Credits reset to 10 per month
  • Access to premium features ends
