# Subscription Plans

## Overview

DAWSEN AI offers four subscription tiers. All plans include access to core features, with higher tiers unlocking more credits and advanced capabilities.

## Changing Plans

### Upgrading

* New features available immediately
* Credit balance updated
* Billing prorated for the remainder of your cycle

### Downgrading

* Change takes effect at end of current billing period
* You keep access to current features until then
* Credits reset to the new plan's allocation at renewal

## Managing Your Subscription

1. Navigate to the **Pricing** page
2. View your current plan (marked as "Current Plan")
3. Click Upgrade, Downgrade, or Switch to change plans

For billing details, invoices, and payment method updates, click **Manage billing** to access the Stripe billing portal.

## Cancellation

1. Go to the **Pricing** page
2. Select the Free plan
3. Confirm cancellation

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your plan reverts to Free with 10 credits/month.

All paid plans include a **30-day money-back guarantee**. Contact support within 30 days for a full refund.

## Enterprise Pricing

For organizations with larger needs, contact us for enterprise options including custom credit allocations, volume discounts, dedicated account management, and SLA guarantees.
